Arrival and moving in
Upon arrival in Denmark the CBS International Office will hand you an envelope containing the key to your room and some important practical information in relation to your new home.
Please note that you are obliged to sign and return the tenancy agreement and the service contract to Newsec via the digital signing process. If you fail to do, so you have lost your right to stay in the room.
You are liable for any damages and missing items in your room and will be charged consequently upon departure. We therefore recommend that you report any relevant issues upon arrival to the help desk here at this site within two weeks of your arrival.
Any requests for maintenance and repair during your stay must also be reported to the help desk. Please report only one item at the time to ensure the most efficient handling of your requests.
If you would like an inspector to review your room within the first two weeks of your stay, please make a request under the category "Others" in the help desk.
Please remember that you have to leave your room nice and tidy if you want to avoid paying for extra cleaning and removal of personal belongings, garbage etc. The “final cleaning” included in your service agreement covers cleaning of a well-tended room with no mess or personal belongings etc. left behind.
If you have any questions regarding your room reservation, please go to the CBS Housing Department at Porcelænshaven 18A or email them at housing.intoff@cbs.dk.
If you have questions regarding the tenancy agreement or payment of rent , please contact Newsec Datea at housing@newsec.dk
